Treetop Connect strives to have one hundred percent (100%) satisfaction with all our clients and customers. If there is an issue with your order, services, or delivery, email us at orders@treetopconnect.com and we will do our best to identify the problem and make it right.
Digital Products
If you ordered a digital or downloadable product from us, including digital files, codes, access, software, eBooks, tickets, coupons, vouchers, or similar, there is no return or refund. You will automatically receive the product through email or you will have immediate access to it on the site or in your registered account.
Physical Products
If you order a physical product from us or through one of our webapps, mobile apps, sales channel, affiliate sites, or this site, and your product was not delivered, you will automatically receive a refund if the refund request was made within 14 days of the payment transaction. The product must be identified or found to be in the original location, in transit under delivery possession, or in the client’s possession.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all physical product purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We encourage you as a customer to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your need.
Services
If you ordered a service, including credit repair, insurance, or tax filing, from us or through our website or one of our webapps, mobile apps, sales channel, or affiliate site, you have a five (5) day grace period to cancel your service without charge or penalty. After the 5 day cancellation time has elapsed, there is no refund.
In General
All transactions made on this site are governed by this policy. All services are given a five day grace period for cancellation, but all digital or downloadable products are final. All communication and correspondents are provided only to the customer’s name, email, and phone number on file within the customer’s account. A customer must have an open registered Treetop Connect account with their name, contact, billing, and shipping information entered to correspond with customer service or receive a refund, return or exchange.
